IAH (Irish Group) CPD Course 2026: Groundwater, Hydrology and Climate Change
Thank you to everyone who contributed to a fantastic IAH (Irish Group) CPD Course on Groundwater, Hydrology and Climate Change, held on the 14th of January 2026 in Beggars Bush.
The course brought together experts from academia, public bodies, and industry to explore how hydrological processes interact with groundwater systems, particularly under the growing pressures of climate change. Talks covered the full hydrological cycle, from climate drivers and rainfall patterns to evapotranspiration, recharge, runoff, coastal impacts, and future flow assessments, providing valuable insights for practitioners working with hydrological data and groundwater management.
