This year the GSI will sponsor a US based geoscience researcher to visit a geoscience research department in Ireland under the Fulbright Commission Incoming scholar programme. Fulbright will advertise this call and promote it in the US so if you know of institutes that should be targeted, please let me know by this Friday, March 4th, 1pm. Please feel free to send the information directly to your US colleagues but after Friday we cannot guarantee that your preferred institutes will be included in the targeted marketing by Fulbright.

Please note that Fulbright ‘scholarships’ are for post-PhD researchers, not students.
