The IAH (Irish Group) organises courses every few years based on the feedback from its members.

The IAH (Irish Group) propose running a Groundwater Data Analysis course online on 7th and 8th October 2020, with Dan Lapworth from the British Geological Survey plus other contributors. The course will introduce the use of R (statistical and graphical programming freeware) which can handle and run repeated analyses on large volumes of data such as groundwater chemistry and water level data.

More information will follow closer to the time.

The most recent course ‘Well Pumping Tests’ was very popular with over 60 people in attendance. The IAH (Irish Group) wish to thank the contributors – Bruce Misstear of the Department of Engineering in TCD, Henning Moe from CDM Smith, David Ball Hydrogeologist and Taly Hunter-Williams of the Geological Survey Ireland.
